Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shecurve, our goal is to make sure customers are happy with their orders. Product quality is carefully checked and follows international production standards. For this reason, please review each product page carefully and choose the correct size, color and style. Still, we understand there may be times when you need to return an item or ask for a refund. Please read the policy below so you understand the required conditions and steps.

Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date the package was received. To qualify for a return, the requirements below must be satisfied:

  1. The item(s) must remain in original, unused condition, with the original packaging and labels still attached.
  2. A receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided with the return.
  3. If the item(s) arrived damaged or defective, please share a clear explanation of the problem and, when possible, include photos as evidence.

Please be aware that certain products may not qualify for return.

  1. Any panties or handmade items with personalized/customized features.
  2. All clearance items or items bought using a gift card or store credit.
  3. Products that have stains, perfume odor, deformation, or damaged packaging.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date the package was delivered. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. If there are clear quality issues with our products, such as loose or split seams, unfinished hems, cut or loose elastic, loose or worn fasteners, and similar problems, Shecurve is sorry for the inconvenience and will work actively to resolve it. We will issue a full refund and you will not need to send the item back.
  2. If the return is requested for personal reasons, our company will provide two helpful options for this situation.
  • We can refund one hundred percent of your payment if you cover the return shipping cost.
  • We can provide a partial refund of 20%-50% of the payment, and you may keep the item.
  1. Defective products purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts are eligible for refund.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and let you know whether the refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within the number of days required by your card issuer. If your account changes during that period, please inform us as soon as possible.

Compensation time-frame:

Cancellations are accepted only for full-priced items and only within 60 minutes after the order is placed.
Paypal account refunds: 5-7 business days
Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items free-even when they are defective or damaged.

  1. Within 60 minutes after payment, if you need to exchange a product for personal reasons, please contact shecurvewomenunderwear@gmail.com right away and place a new order so you can receive it sooner.
  2. Within 7 business days after receiving the product, if you wish to change your item for personal reasons, please contact us at shecurvewomenunderwear@gmail.com and we will offer the best available solution for you.

Return Shipping

To return your product

  1. Please email shecurvewomenunderwear@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and any relevant materials attached.
  2. We will provide the address of the nearest warehouse and begin the return or exchange process.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs connected with returning your item(s).
Shipping fees:

  1. All shipping fees of any kind are non-refundable.
  2. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Additional Note:

  1. For any product valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping.
  2. We encourage customers to read our returns and refund policy carefully and confirm that all items are eligible for return.
  3. The Terms & Conditions of our Returns & Refund Policy will prevail if there is miscommunication or otherwise.
  4. Parcel not received

If your parcel is marked as delivered but was not received, the customer should contact us with proof that the package was not signed for, including the tracking number, the post office’s icon & symbols, and the relevant response letters. We will then check where the item went.
